Ok, why aren't we all in the streets over these tax issues?
I understand why there was a lot of protest over the collective bargaining issue, but the idea that filthy rich oil companies take home millions in subsidies while grandma is going to lose her medicaid makes me so angry I'm ready to take up a pitchfork. Why can't we organize marches, HUGE marches, demanding that the rich pay their fair share?

1. We're busy posting.
My iPad has too much glare...bad for posting while marching in the streets.

5. Seriously, this is one issue that would get me away from the keyboard.
I would miss work, maybe even days of work, for a march to demand the rich pay their fair share. There aren't too many issues that have that affect on me. I just wondered if it isn't the same for others.

7. IMost activists do not see themselves as being hurt, therefore
it is not worth the effort to fight.

OR They are already so beat down and convinced they
cannot beat the Righties they are willing to take what
comes their way.
