All of them claim to have the answers to the country's woes, and just need to take leadership to steer us into safe waters. They openly criticize the president, calling him clueless and incompetent and are eager to offer some very vague hints to their own plans. Everyone of those would-be patriotic candidates have expressed the desire to make money over public service. They need money, money, money, so the country can go screw itself into disaster while they collect their fortune. It's true that no one runs for the highest office because they think there's some pot of gold at the end of that rainbow that ages a person beyond their years, and these greed mongers are proof of that reality.
