They say, "Our government is all bad, we won't pay taxes, or get licenses or such.

I'd say, "Ok, fine. Get out."

8. OMG, one was in my house today making an offer on my property.

He mentioned being a 'sovereign citizen' several times, but did not realize it was this fucking bunch. He wanted to pay part of sale as cash under the table and have me sell it in his friend's name instead.

And the cheap bastard offered less than my other offers knowing what they were, and used his kids as fucking pity bait. They were cute, but extremely rotten brats, breaking things and very demanding with absolutely no manners at all. Poor kids. :cry:

He did know his shit regarding organics and alt. energy though, hardcore.

I'm very rural, almost in fortress position on top of highest property in my county. He said it was perfect for his off grid life.

I made a couple of rude comments about racists and bigots. Guess my instinct to comment was apropos. :evilgrin:
