Omar bin Laden, the fourth son of the al-Qaeda leader, claims he received a visit from White House staff in January 2009 at his home in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

"They invited me to accompany them to the White House, offered to defend, help and protect me, on the condition that I helped them find my father," he told Spanish daily newspaper La Vanguardia, in an interview published on Monday.

1. IIRC, Bush Sr invited Easy-E to the WH back in the day
Yes, Easy E of NWA, famous for Straight Outta Compton, Fuck the Police, and Don't Matter Just Don't Bite It (a ridiculously stupid homage to oral sex).

2. I can see using one of Osama's kids to help find him. Should I be outraged? I don't
understand.

4. Criticising "Common" for his lyrics is absurd
Would they ban Judy Garland for advocating homosexuality by singing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"? Sinatra sang "Mack the Knife", and Clapton sang a song that in no uncertain terms was about shooting an ex-lover dead. None of these artists are criminals, nor are they suspected of being criminal. Country music in general is chock full of immoral behavior that spins tales about everything from murder to spousal abuse and infidelity. They're just songs that describe the emotions of a fictional character.

The real problem is that it's Barack Obama, and yes, it's very likely they would have accused Judy Garland of trying to corrupt our youth if the Obama's invited her.
