Maine GOPer CRUSHED in Maine State Sendate Special Election.
In November, the Dem in Maine state sentate district 7 in Cumberland county won by just 75 votes. That incumbent recently resigned to take an out of state job. In the special election last night Cynthia Dill, the Dem, won with 68% in the special election to fill the seat. The Maine GOP threw in a pot of cash sending tons of mailers all over the district attacking the Dem. MAJOR FAIL. She even won her opponent's home town with 70%. Mainers are rejecting our TeaWhacko Governor and his party in a big way. This big win is a clear testament to that. And we are just getting warmed up. Wait until next year. God help the Maine GOP. We're gonna pound them to smithereens.

7. Down here in the South, we call 'em "Teahadists".
If the teabag fits, they should wear it on their heads.

Good work, Mainers. Send some of that mojo down this way.

8. Congrats to Maine!!!
Can't wait until we get rid of a few of our own state senators this summer in Wisconsin. Let's also keep our fingers crossed for the New York 26th congressional election.

20. Remember, this was a special election at a weird time. You NEVER get the same turnout. BUT, look at
the margin of victory. She beat him 2-1. That says our base was far more energized and we got the Indies. Bodes bad for the RePukes.

13. That is great news! You go, Maine! We hope the same will
happen here in Wisconsin in the recall of repubs. Already happened in the one special election to replace some corndog named to a government job.

15. Congrats! Now, is there any chance of defeating Olympia Snowe?
She's been tacking to the right to try to head off any primary challenge. I know she's personally popular, but if she appeases the nutjobs, would that take her far enough to the right that a good Dem might win next year?

24. Now your going to see the silent majority speak at the voting
box. Now is the time democrats make sure everyone needs to have the right papers when going to vote. The republicans are going to try and suppress your votes across this country.
