Rachel's show tonight.
Long interview segment with Pittsburg councilman who lives and represents a gun-violent neighborhood. Very powerful. If you missed it, watch or record it later.

2. I agree...
Emotional rollercoaster to hear the sincerity in this councilman, who, I think very much wants to stop the bloodshed. He is absolutely crippled from enacting any meaningful policy. I don't have a problem with legal gun ownership, but I do detest the NRA for staking out such extreme positions. And, I am saddened by progressive members that help them do so with their $$.

He has tied gun violence to the economic decline of his neighborhood. Bravo, Rachel. Excellent reporting.

8. Councilman Burgess was excellent...
Rachel let him talk, and he had a lot to say.

I have found someone else to respect...Councilman Burgess, a man who will not give up.
