It's the one with some swarthy looking blue collar contractor named "Joe" asking angrily where Exxon's oil profits go. Then some condescending, pretty, blonde, engineerette calmly explains to the silly little man that Exxon is using their profits wisely for his benefit. Grrrr!!!!

is pure BS - they may hire companies locally for goods and services but those are deductible business expenses - the part you deduct from the income to figure out how much profit you made.

Actual profit gets distributed out to the shareholders as a dividend.
