Have you noticed?
Since the white house correspondent dinner where Trump was humiliated by Obama and Seth Meyers. He has been silent for a week nearly. I have not seen him on the news or anything since or i could be wrong.

Man sucks to be him when you make yourself out to be a joke.

3. Maybe his phone stopped ringing
Show hosts love when their clip goes viral because it add up to ratings, and Trumpisms were good for that. Since, he's been exposed as a liar about his investigators in Hawaii, and I think the general consensus among pundits is that he's been playing them for his own ratings.

They've had so much hard news lately no one wants to fall behind during an asshat interview that has seen better days. I hear the birther "movement" has lost steam this week too, and show hosts read that like tea leaves. He's done.

4. Trump being silent is a GOOD thing. Can we get Palin and Bachman to shut the fuck up too?

5. He's not quite as stupid as he looks.
At least he knows when he's been clobbered. The other ones just keep going like that knight in Python's Holy Grail - "it's just a flesh wound."

7. notwithstanding the old saw that any press is good press, he's wise to be absent for a while
obama scored a major coup, and until the shine from that fades, ANY republican looks small in comparison.
any competing candidate would be well advised to avoid that comparison and save their publicity for later.

8. i think it's safe to say it's been a bad week for the entire republican party.
the donald seems to be taking the biggest hit due to the setback to the "birther" crap, mostly because that was the topic that catapulted him into the political fray. but all the others played that card as well, to varying degrees.

more important is that the birth certificate crap was always a fringe, joke issue.
nailing bin laden drawfs that crap.
