4. I don't disagree that Clinton was going to face a civil lawsuit.
I disagree with the timing. All up until he became President, the rule was that you couldn't sue a sitting President until after his term of office. The reason was obvious. Because we would hurt ourselves more, as a country, by distracting him as he performed his duties as president.

And it's obvious that it did have an impact, because, when he was ready to go after bin Laden, they accused him of wagging the dog.

Now you know how to take down this country. Just follow the same pattern the Republicans took in the late nineties.
