led them to begging to be bailed out because they were a bankrupt nation eerily reminds me of what the United States is involved in right now. All government entities..federal, state, county and city are cannibalizing each other to stay alive, but if history is a guideline, this country is in deep deep trouble. Above and beyond what we are led to believe. Worse yet, not one soul knows how pull us back up by the bootstraps.
On second thought, not one soul is willing to do what is necessary to pull this country out of the canyon. Bring manufacturing back to the country by penalizing the companies who have taken it all offshore. The penalties will have to be heavier than the benefits they have gained by leaving their country high and dry.
