Pakistan makes Silicone Valley real estate a look like a real bargain.

That compound looks like something you might find on the poor outskirts of Tijuana.

3. He must have financed through a loan shark bank.
Maybe he had a mortgage with Adjustable Rate Mortgage and got burned during the real estate financial collapse.
I wonder if he went through..............?

10. A large fortress-like walled compound is going to be expensive
They obviously weren't paying for comfort amenities and attractive style but ultra-heavy duty security... and that kind of security ain't cheap.

15. There's some video on ABC
The insides ain't exactly luxurious. I can still see it going for 900k, which is what a Pakistani real estate agent was saying on some station somewhere, but mostly for size and location. The insides were dunpy even before the bloodstains.

contractors on expenses+ basis. I am surprised they could do it so cheaply.

18. It's not what is on the outside that makes it worth so much
From what I read the place was secured to the hilt and had alot of high-end technology to it.
