10. I think this is probably the true story.

Someone high up in Al Qaeda wanted OBL out of the picture, so they contacted the ISI to pass along information to the Americans on OBL's whereabouts. The ISI passed it along and the Pak gov't looked the other way as the raid went in to get him.
