Does everything in the world have to be about politics? I don't mean you in particular OP, just in the news and everywhere. Aliens could invade from Mars tomorrow and people would be wondering what it would mean for the 2012 elections.

The president is on TV talking about unity and the 9/11 families and you are posting about the impact on his re-election campaign. Can't we let this be a unifying moment?

Besides, remember that everyone said the same thing about Bush 41 in 1991 after the Gulf War.
