7. Ghaddafi is a liar. There's a good chance he did

make it up. When the bodies are confirmed to be his son and the grandchildren, by independent sources, then we will know for sure. So far the only body that the regime has shown is a shrouded body in a morgue that is supposed to be his son but his face is covered. No grandchildren's names have been released as usually is the case, nor their bodies evident.

When Ghaddafi's government invites independent news sources to confirm that his son and grandchildren really have been killed by a bomb and allow them to see the bodies, then we can believe it's true, but I doubt it considering his past actions in dealing with these things he's probably making a scene for sympathy.
