I want to know more about this disturbing image.
I found it in a photo dump without caption or background. Has anyone else seen it, or know where and when it was? I tried searching through "Tineye.com", but came up with nothing.

Until I learn more, I don't want to jump to conclusions or irritate anyone. For all I know it's at a St Patrick's Day parade and that's yummy cherry candy spray. It's obvious that I highly doubt it, but I want to know more if anyone can help.

5. Ignore that. I applied the title
The original was a long series of numbers and random letters.

28. thats what it looks like, and considering the many reports on the behavior of some police
i would not be surprised, still shocking, but certainly not surprising.

15. I believe that's a different incident. That happened at a Wendy's and the
cop sprayed an employee at the drive thru window.

Though the picture is no longer at the link, it appears to be near Dayton from reading the replies and some mention that the cop wasn't punished.

Edit: Oops.. someone says that was another incident of irresponsible police behavior. There must be a lot of them. I bet cops hate cell cameras.

12. I can't tell who's holding the spray can.
It would be an awkward arm position for the cop whose back is in the foreground but it's really hard to tell.

13. Since I posted this I noticed something
I was trying to zoom in on the officer's patch, and I realized the police car doesn't look like the kind most departments use here in the US. I hope it isn't, that cop looks too casual about it.

Either way, there's a little girl who will never respect law "enforcement".

23. You got it. Thanks
I'm somehow relieved it didn't happen here (this time). Thanks for finding that. I tried searching and discovered nothing.

I bet those people in Brazil are glad pepper spray was invented so the local polize don't have to shoot them in the leg anymore (I like to look at the bright side).

29. According to the caption, the officer was "departed immediately". . .
one can only speculate what that means and how "the general commander of the Military Police, Colonel Mario Sergio Duarte" implemented it. . .

31. I was wondering that as well. It could just mean 'asked to leave the scene', but I
hope it's more like 'fired and prosecuted.' Although if it's even more severe than that, I wouldn't exactly cry about it...

22. Perfume spritzers have gotten a lot more agressive of late.
Seriously, though. I haven't the foggiest notion of what is going on in this photo, but nobody looks happy.

A random act of cruelty and torture to a little child. Ain't he brave. What a pig.

I know it was in Brazil but it doesn't make it any less cruel.

32. Is Johnny Ringo your photo bucket account.
Note the right arm has one maybe two letters on it.

Could be photoshop,

Guy in hat is in fighting stance, and the spray seems to be going behind the girl to the area he is facing.

Although the guy with spray is really relaxed, that would indicate more of a crowd control then responding to a specific incident, like he has been there awhile. other people are not excited around the spray or flex, so some type of crowd control looks more likely then an actual incident.

Did you notice the S on his arm also, and there is some pixalation to the left of that letter which is not exactly normal for the picture.
