Could mods consider most aggressive moderation of LBN?
When I first came to DU, LBN was a useful source of national and international news. In the last year or so, it has deteriorated, and many tabloid-type stories now appear there regularly. I understand that, as a general rule, DU mods prefer to act on alerts, but LBN was once a real jewel on this website, and maintaining that forum as a usable source of news may require more than simple user alerts

1. I guess you'll have to give me an example.
The mods are still very proactive in their moderation of LBN.

2. I could point to threads, but for the most part I eventually alerted on them
and they were locked or moved, so I can't complain much about them

Maybe I just got worried, after I saw the survey results, that LBN would be less aggressively moderated
