Can DU return the star that an anonymous donor just gave to me back to him/her to be re-donated?

Here's the thing...

An anonymous donor gave me a star on November 15, 2011

And then a second anonymous donor gave me a star on November 26, 2011

The second donated star only extends the expiration date by about 10 days.

So, I would like it if DU could credit back the newest donated star to the anonymous donor so that they can donate it to someone that doesn't already have a star.
And if possible include a note to them explaining the reason I want them to donate the star to someone else.
Can that be done?

I would like the anonymous donor to know that I REALLY appreciate their kindness of donating a star to me and I thank him/her for thinking of me, but I don't want to see them waste their money/star on a star that would only extend my expiration by only 10 days.

1. Well, the person gave you the star because they wanted you to have it

If whoever gave you the star reads your post here and wants their money back to they can donate to someone else, we'll be happy to refund it if they contact us.
