Should we stay away from the Las Vegas Review Journal as a source?...
Recently, there were a couple of posts in GD about the medical case of a man with a 100 lb. scrotum (!), a story that originated in the LVRJ. One posts actually linked to the LVRJ, the other to the gawker version of the story (gawker referenced the LVRJ and linked to the LVRJ in their story).

Given DU's legal situation with Righthaven, should we avoid using the LVRJ as a soucrce completely, or are we OK as long as we respect copyright and adhere to the copyright rules we follow with every other news site?

1. The Las Vegas Review Journal should be treated just like any other publication
