New "ignore" notifications?

Just read a post from a member-
at the bottom of the post it said:
"This member has placed you on ignore"
in red letters.
When did that notification process begin?
I was not aware of the change until today.
Just curious- it is interesting to see who
has placed me on "ignore."
Didn't know about that feature before just now.
