Why wasn't an admitted call out thread locked if an oblique one was? If there is a rule about call out threads it should be enforced evenly. This is not an example of even enforcement. I see no way you can justify fable 2 being locked and not the thread about critics of Obama.

1. The moderators reviewed vaberella's thread
and came to consensus that it was not a rule violation. Maybe there is some confusion here about the use of the phrase "call out" to describe a thread. To me, a thread is a "call out" if it was started to specifically call out another member (or members) by name. That was not the case in either of those threads. Both threads expressed the OP's personal frustration about a group of DU members. However, Pab Sungenis's thread resorted to name-calling ("cowards") which is why it was locked.
