Feature request for DU3: Blocking news source by domain

Requested: When posting in Late Breaking but also in General, have a field (like in LB) to provide a link to the story which would be compared to a list of unacceptable domains- so the post could be rejected before it's even made and clean up a mess before it happens. In LBN it's mandatory, but in General it could be an optional field to fill in.

1. We are probably going to do something like this.

Our whole approach to DU3 is to create software solutions rather than lists of rules. We are planning to do exactly what you suggest.

However, I doubt it will be programmed when we launch the new software, because it is not core functionality. There will be some loose ends.
