Should there be a Flame War forum?

The reason I ask this is that on some other forums, the admins have seen fit to create a Flame War forum, to be used in cases where a thread has turned into a complete flame fest, the admins don't want to deal with it, so they move the thread (or subthread) to the flame-war forum, which has the purpose of moving the uncivil stuff to one place, where the flame-warriors can flame away, but people with better things to do can do them in the regular forums with less disruption.

Maybe it could be used as a way for the mods to deal with disruption and flame-fests more effectively? Or for all I know, maybe you've already tried it and found it to be a total clusterfuck. Just throwing it out there.

And every time we've decided against doing it. We prefer to hold our members to a high standard everywhere on the site.
