A humble request concerning Skinner's Nov. 15th announcement concerning enforcement of DU rules

Although I now feel silly for losing track of this announcement,

I have it bookmarked for future reference. However, it made me wonder how many other members may lose sight of these refinements and then wonder just where they can be located quickly. Would it be too much trouble to put a link to that announcement in a prominent place - both on the home page and on the Latest page? I knew where to find the 'old' Rules already, but when it came to the Nov. 15th announcement, I was stymied. I was reluctant to ask in open forum where that announcement was located, as I wasn't in the mood to see the inevitable snarky replies that would accompanied an answer...assuming the snarkers would deign to give an answer at all, that is.

Eventually we plan to update the "old" rules so they are completely consistent with the "new" rules. But we don't want to do that until we feel like we have them finalized.
