Sorry to go there, but Fox is trying to heat up the notion that Obama isn't rightfully President
as well as to give currency to the notion of rampant voter fraud:

The prospect that theirs are two of an estimated 150 signatures that may have been forged on the petitions has raised the question of whether President Obama actually reached the legitimate number of signatures needed to be placed on the ballot in Indiana. Under state law, presidential candidates need to file 500 signatures from each of the state's nine congressional districts. Indiana election officials say that in St. Joseph County, the Obama campaign qualified with 534 signatures; Clinton's camp had 704. The certified signatures were never challenged.
"I had always thought that, now-President Obama, had earned his victory in Indiana," said the state's Republican chairman, Eric Holcomb. "But then I quickly learned that he had cheated his way on to the ballot in the primary."

5. It must really burn them that he won Indiana
Besides, Obama *lost* the Indiana primary. He just came much closer than was expected, with the final declaration being too close to call until Gary came in. This is remembered by anybody who followed the primaries. I mean, please.

7. This is asinine - if the Clinton team had any reason to do so they would have challenged them in

2008 - as various other teams challenged petitions that had problems. As it was not challenged, Indiana put him on the ballot and he and Hillary had a very close race with Hillary narrowly winning.

Here the numbers don't even make sense. I assume the point they are making is that the 150 was a sample of the 534. However, even if you assumed that the 2 that MAY have been forged actually were, you still end up with a result that it is unlikely that enough signatures would be eliminated. There was a 2/150% rate of them being bad, which would equate to an expected value of about 7 in the full 534. Assuming a binomial distribution, where p = 2/150, the standard deviation would be around 2.7, so the likelihood of there being 35 bad signatures is far outside any confidence interval normally computed. The upper end of the 95% confidence interval would be less than 15.

Note this assumes that the 2 are really fraudulent.

9. And they have no problem with bu$h being appointed and the election fraud that allowed it?

But then this is Fox where they, like the Onion, make their own news. At least the Onion is honest in its reporting.

10. How 'bout we 'heat up' the notion that FOX..
ISn't really a news organization.

Bet I'll get more traction with my premise than they will with theirs.
