3. I just watched the video, and it HAD to have been edited in some way there
there is absolutely no fucking way anyone could be so fucking stupid as to have the advertiser in the commercial take a drag on a cigarette DURING filming...no fucking way! This video was altered

6. I thought it was a joke at first but I looked up the "Friends of Herman" site and
Sho nuff that guy "Mark Block" is the head honcho...it kind of makes me wonder if the "Friends" are helping Herman's true goal which is to come in a "strong second" to Romney (and ultimately endorse him.) I think his whole candidacy is a total farce, I really do!

29. It's just more "liberty" nonsense
We all know how the Repubs love "individual choice," unless of course you're a woman who's been impregnated by your rapist or father (or both) and you want to get an abortion.

There is ONE Freeper who is trying to EXPLAIN to the others why this is a lame ad. It ends up being a big FR Dork Off!

What utter codswallop!
I am a Conservative.

I am a smoker.

I'm probably THE biggest hater of PC crapola you'll ever meet!

And I thought that the ad was STUPID; banal, inane, puerile, and extremely badly done! This is THE BLAIR WITCH whatever of kinda, sorta, can this really be a political ad ever done!

I want to like Cain, but he's NOT doing anything at all to make me want to vote for him and a whole lot of things making me NOT want to vote for him.

I won't vote for Romney........EVERY and nobody else is doing it for me either.

Read this thread.......Cain supporters love it and that's it. He had you all at "hello". That's just NOT going to work on the undecideds.

What utter codswallop!
You're talking to Cain supporters. What is "codswallop?" We don't speak "faggot" here.
**
"FAGGOT"?
Codswallop is a perfectly good English/American word. Go look it up, oh vocabulary deprived, uneducated, ridiculous person, who flings "faggot" as a type of language!

Bill Buckley would have known the word..........was HE a "faggot"?

18. OK this is a REAL SENTENCE FROM FR! REALLY!
"You have personally attacked me, for no reason, threatened to stalk me, and when I used a perfectly good word, called it "FAGGOTY LANGUAGE", with the implicit implication that I am an homosexual, just because you are unfamiliar with the word codswallop."

13. Talk about a zero substance ad! I just would love to see the "making of."
I honest to God think he is SUCH a stalking horse for Romney he's trying to lose a few points....I can't think of another motivation for this ad!

14. ZOMG - that made me laugh
is it a real ad? The guy taking a drag from a cig? really??? really??? it can't be real.

If it is real - it is THE worst ad I have ever seen in my life. They must be laughing their asses off at the fact that he is actually leading in the primary polls... I don't think they want to win at all.

15. I LITERALLY think he is aiming to come in 2nd and when he polls ahead
they do this kind of shitty ad on purpose. Remember he endorsed Romney in 2008 and he is NOT going after him at all! It's all a big put up job -- they need to split the 70% of GOP who refuse to vote for Mitt in a way where none of them gets over 30%. That is why they are having this debate with ONLY Cain & Newt, the INEVITABLE result will be Newt will pull some from Cain - that's what they want!

20. "... a campaign like no other ..."

Was the spokesman trying to imitate The Marlboro Man? Perhaps not the best-chosen image.

Cain reminded me more of Clarence Thomas than anyone else (also not the best image to remind one of), although come to think of it, I don't believe that I've ever seen a photo of Thomas smiling. On second thought, Cain's smile was more like that of the Cheshire Cat ....

32. People have obviously commented about the weird smoking but what about

Cain's odd smile at the end.

I expected him to rub his nose and sit down and work out the next scam with Hooker and Gondorf (from The Sting).

It starts out with a pleasant enough smile but widens to the classic chortle of a con artist.
