"Rope-a-dope" refresher on the Obama gameplan
his 2008 was a prime example of this but the A.R.R.A bill and healthcare are two other great examples.

He opens big
lays back and lets the opponent exhaust themselves
and then he closes

The bus trip is not the big opening -that is an August/summer time "remember me" stealing air from the GOP introductory period.

The big opening is in either December (when everyone is hunkered down watching TV) or February (Iowa). Go to March and then let them sweat it out in the summer heat of Ohio, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, and PennsylTucky.

2. I think Obama has set the republicans up quite nicely.
All the democrats have to do now is introduce a good jobs creation bill. The republicans will vote against it. Cause more drama and gridlock. Just in time for the 2012 election.

Not only will they be seen as once again, doing everything to trample the common citizen, but it also opens the door to democrats discussing how they killed job creation ideas that were supposed to be funded by the stimulus bill.

I think the democrats win big in 2012. The Presidency, the House and the Senate.

3. Yes -- jobs, and taxes for upper income. Should be interesting seeing right wing spin it.

But, even though we know that's the way it should go -- anything can happen to make folks simply vote for a change, even if a bad change.

4. Oh we will get taxes on the rich. I don't think they should stress
that so much because it will happen anyway when the tax cuts expire. They need to focus on jobs.

Get out in front of it.

5. Somebody's been set up, and so far that would be the Middle Class:
Get back to me when that "changes."
