Who won the Republican Debate in Iowa on Thursday..
President Obama!

In our local paper, it was observed that the Republicans made no new initiatives.. and were peddling much of the same stuff that had been peddled under President Bush.

This is from the reddest part of Iowa.

2. I don't know about the Quads area
But over here on the western border.. Ron Paul does not have all that big a following.. and we are tea party central for Iowa of course..that might impact on it

3. I noticed that Fox has not called a winner. When I listen to
their commentary, I get a distinct feeling of concern
over Ron Paul. ( whom they say cannot get the Republican
nomination).

No one knocked Mitt Romney down a peg.

Ron Paul being ultra libertarian, goes against the
grain on getting out of "these wars".

5. I think that vision of all of them raising their hand on the 10 to 1
pledge and nothing about job creation sort of took a lot of people aback.

Hopefully these couple of weeks with their constituents may bring them back to reality. Then again they are sort of off the deep end entirely.

Maybe it could get us the house back..

7. I was clicking to type the same answer you gave.
If someone is a deep South religious bigot who has no clue how government or science works, it's a toss-up among the those in the straw poll. The rest of the sane country should have little choice in 2012.

it doesn't matter what we think, the dittoheads will support Limbaugh's pick.
