1. Can you explain something to me? I don't understand why
it received so many Dem votes when they wanted it to not pass -- with even Reid voting against it. So, it appears it was just procedural, so why vote Aye?

4. This was the House, Saturday, not related to Sunday Senate tactics/bill?
Indicate likelihood of passage of 'new' bill in House w ??? repug votes? 4 'leaders,' both Houses, 'agreed/signed off' Sunday.
