10. Nope, you're wrong. I see a "fact sheet" with lots of flowery language

and text of the bill which give appropriation numbers (but not any numbers to compare to). Maybe that is enough for policy wonks, but that is not something I can use to compare straight up where we are with this bill, versus what we had before.

I am only asking what you will need to supply to voters when they are making their decisions on who to vote for. If you simply say "vote for us - we're not as crazy as the other guy/gal" you are not answering the question.
