Are there any civil suits that can be brought against GOP/TP?

When they harm all of us, is there any civil reparation we can exact from those most responsible (the idiots who refuse to allow taxes to be raised)? Bury them in individual and class action suits for voting their personal agenda rather than what's good for the country. They think there's no consequence to them for their 'principles', how can we make it very personal to them that they are wrong?

1. I doubt it, we just have to make sure we beat them all in 2012.

It's the only legal option when dealing with Constitutionally protected terrorists.
