Republicans are so amazing in their capacity to shift the blame for every horrible thing they do onto the Democrats.
And what has frustrated me for decades is, the public mostly falls for the shift. I keep hoping that more will

"emotionally unbalanced". I think he just isn't equipped to handle the extremists in his party, though I can't think of anyone who could. Also Boehner appears to be a drinker, which doesn't make all the stress any easier.
