"You can get anything you want, just make the alternative even worse"

That's how triangulation works.

"Slashing Social Security and handing the Trust Fund to the wealthiest may suck hard - but slashing it with zero revenue increases will suck harder, chumps."

"Ending Glass-Steagall may suck hard - but voting for a Republican who'll end Glass-Steagall sucks harder, chumps"

Far-right "Democrats" have gotten away with this garbage for 18 years - and here we are, in a world of shit.

It's got to stop. We must take a stand.

2. Options are limited, particularly
those that are DU-friendly.

Start by calling your elected reps NOW. NOW.

4. ALL of them especially the elected Dems state and local as well as nat'l
and tell them to call Congress if they want anymore checks, phone banking or fundraising done for THEM on the more local level.

Now is time for all GOOD democrats to rise to the defense of SS Medicare and Medicaid

Or the Party is over.

Absolutely no pun intended

3. That only works...
...for people whose cognitive development was arrested in Middle Childhood.
They can ONLY see the two choices given to them by the Authority Figure.

5. Reminds me of the line from the Tourist
where Johnny Depp is trying to report an attempt to murder him by guys that came to his hotel room.

The Italian police officer says he thought that he had wanted to report a murder, and then says "attempted murder is not so serious."

To which Depp replies:

"Well no, not when you downgrade it from murder ... but when you upgrade it from room service it's quite serious."
