In my opinion the list is a good one because it has citation links.

if we dont get jobs. I volunteer at a food bank and business is down because more and more people are losing their homes and living in cars and tents without cooking facilities. Therefore they go to food kitchens and not food banks. We now make up special grocery bags of food that needs little preparation for the homeless.

Like most Americans polled today, they lay their plight right at Bush II's and Republicans' door. Most of the ones I know are working for OFA right now as summer training organizers because they know that President Obama needs to have a Democratic House in order to pass his jobs program. even if you do make your claim in all caps. He's got us in 3 pointless wars we can not afford while not even trying for single-payer or a public option in healthcare, extended the Bush tax cuts for the super-rich, sides with corporations constantly, etc. I didn't not want a republican president. 40. He is exactly who you voted for.

Obama ALWAYS said during the 2008 campaign that he would INCREASE troops in Afghanistan - he DID that.

Obama ALWAYS said during the 2008 campaign he would DECREASE troops in Iraq - he DID that.

Obama ALWAYS said during the 2008 campaign that he would not push for single-payer - he said that it was not a realistic option at this point in time (he said if we were 'starting from scratch' then it would be a different matter). He did exactly what he said.

The only reason President Obama extended the Bush tax cuts TEMPORARILY is so that Congress would extend unemployment benefits (I think you must know that). And President Obama has stated several times since that time that he will NOT extend the tax cuts again and that they must expire.

President Obama IS the person that he has always presented himself to be. In my opinion, if folks had been paying more attention to what Obama actually said during the campaign at all of his town halls and rallies then there wouldn't be as much confusion as there seems to be now.
