With parents "Barack" (a Hebrew name) and Michelle (Hebrew via French), I always wondered why a Russian derived name?

In any event, happy birthday to the young lady. I would send her some of my famous chocolate chip cookies, but they probably wouldn't make it past the Secret Service. :)
