8. Maddow or Tom Hartmann
Probably Rachel -she can make her point without the interviewee even realizing it and she kinda suspects where the bodies are buried.

19. I suppose 'progressive' rules out Lynndie England..
or any of our WHINSEC graduates. So I guess I'd have to settle for a "pure entertainment" interview with Noam Chomsky, as long as he has the right to subpoena witnesses and documentary evidence.

Though I wouldn't characterize her as "progressive," Terry Gross pulls no punches in interviews. She would eat the president for breakfast and then have cake. Yes, in the morning. Even if it ruined her lunch.

40. Bill Maher, hands down no question. He doesn't get starstruck, he will ask blunt questions without
fear. I don't think Rachel or Keith or even Jon Stewart are the same. They might ask a tough question, but if Obama dodges it they will move on, Maher wont.

58. I am selfish here and will take the liberty of listing two. Joseph Stiglitz
and then Scott Horton. I would like very much to hear Obama explain his choice of Geithner and Summers to Stiglitz and the ensuing wreckage of their advice. With Scott Horton I would like Obama to explain his looking forward on human rights issues, and the Bush agenda being a no prosecute zone.
