No more sightings, no more anything. He's likely dead. Liver failure or whatever. Who really cares in the end though. Catching him wouldn't stop the wars, it would probably harden their resolve or do nothing. If he's alive he has no power and can't do anything. My guess is that they haven't found him because he cannot be found. Likely because he's dead and most likely because of natural causes. IMHO of course.
