Luckovich wrong to include Social Security in big three. Healthcare costs 95% of deficit problem.

He's also mixing the short term budget with the long-term deficit problem--primarily blaming President Obama for the 2011 budget cuts when the Republicans are in control in the House and have passed a budget with drastic cuts to discretionary spending.
