3. If there is justice, Gul burns in hell.
However his detention was, put politely, horrifically bungled. Any reasons not to try him paled in significance to holding him without trying him. And now he is martyred. Fan-freaking-tastic.

I blame Bush for digging this hole, but Obama should've found a way out of it. I hope they still think covering up whatever secrets his trial would've revealed was worth it. :grr:
