1. "Vast majority"? Why not all?
All of the detainees deserve a trial. Let the chips fall where they may.

3. Not much.I am opposed to the death penalty.
But, it was a direct quote. I am actually surprised FUX used it, as it is a quote that the typical fux viewer would probably agree with. I wouldn't have expected fux to headline in a way that viewers may agree with Hillary.

20. She didn't say the rest shouldn't get trials, she said the vast majority should get CIVILIAN trials
and that the rest should get military trials. It's explained in the article.

10. foxnews mean 'ignorance is bliss'
we should have zero tolerance for fascism and all its sneak thieves. Sorry to annoy you. Hillary isn't the problem; nor is Bill. Rightwing facism is the problem. It is going to need to murder its way outta the mess it must, by its very nature, make. And legitimitizing fascism by going on foxnews is not helping

16. Just by appearing on Fox "news" they help to legitimize them as other than a propaganda
channel.

5. What's your point?
That you don't think one of the headlines to the two articles you linked is appropriate? Or that you think Hillary contradicted herself? Or that you want everyone to know that Hillary was on Fox News? It would help to know what your message is if you care to tell us.

6. My point is what that Fox News
will always exploit. That's my point if it wasn't obvious.

A lot of people have said Democrats should not appear on Fox.

13. What?
"Why bad mouth a previous Democratic President and our now Democratic SOS at every chance you get?"

As ironic as that is, what the hell does it have to do with my comment?

7. I saw her (happened to zap on Fox at that moment. She said both.
Edited on Sun Nov-21-10 02:36 PM by Mass
Her main focus being on the rawstory's title. What is more interested is what focus both media chose to take.

15. Hillary also appeared on CBS and ABC.
She more or less said the same thing on all 3 shows. The WH needs the Senate to pass the START bill and that requires 67 votes, which means convincing a few Republicans to vote with the Democrats. FOX has the highest ratings of all news networks.

OK?

17. She is not going to convince any republicans that watch Fox. They are drooling over
Beck and Hannity and would never go along with anything proposed by a Democrat.

19. I think I see their new divide and conquer ploy, if you love Hillary want her career to thrive put..
Edited on Mon Nov-22-10 05:41 AM by DemocraticPilgrim
the future first than ego. Our ego is a destructive force only the humble inherit the earth. Tryhing to fail the President doesn't make Hillary succeed. So if people genuinly love her,,,, help the President to succeed othherwise it's not about her at all.
