2. Not a single peep from the media about how Bush's tax cuts created not a single job
The Republicans get away with using the same exact bullshit they used to sell it the first time.

3. You can break out of that thought process.
Respect comments if they have value, not becuase someone says it.

There is a tendency, and one that is promoted, for people to think that if someone on TV says it, somehow it has more value then if someone else says it.

If you are walking down the street, and someone says something to you, do you really listen to what they say? What if they say it to everyone? What if they buy a megaphone? Does that really change the credibility of their comments?

Side note there are many good and bad things said on TV, but the point is, just because it is on TV, does not mean it has value.

4. the media is garbage & they ALWAYS try to tell people
what to think & from what angle to see things. I'm sick of it, I stopped watching after W LIED in front of the cameras & NO ONE IN THE MEDIA POINTED THIS OUT. It was in July '01, W lied & said we invaded Irak because S.H. wouldn't let the weapons inspectors IN, when the TRUTH is the U.S. had to evacuate those very inspectors OUT. Not a peep from the media.

I noticed how the media was controlling the narrative in 2000, the way they twisted & distorted everything Gore said & did, coupled with the way they cheered for W & were ever so respectful towards him.

Where were these Cons who now say they're 'afraid' of government when the Patriot Act was passed? Nowhere! They're *hypocrites*! They're hypocritical bigots, that scene in the film 9 to 5 comes to mind, Dolly Parton & her boss.
