Didn't the Democrats issue SEVERAL subpoenas for various Repuke operatives (Rove comes to mind) that simply refused to show up, or said, "Ok, I'll have a cute, off the record, no cameras, sit-down with you, but fuck putting me under oath". I seem to recall that. Perhaps I'm crazy.

If that's the case, I say the Refucks can shove any subpoenas they try to issue directly back up their own Issas asses.

And they do not have to play nice nice. If they don't show up, or if they claim executive privilege, push it to the Supreme Court and make them testify.
