GOP/Fox News pollster and operative Frank Luntz saying Reid likely to win in NV
Do not take this for granted, tell everyone you know in NV to continue voting

LUNTZ CALLS IT FOR REID: GOP polling guru Frank Luntz is predicting Republicans will win seven Senate seats and 50 House spots, based on exit polls he had seen. On a conference call with associates from K Street, Luntz also said he thinks Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will win reelection.

1. Yes!!!
Just pray he's wrong about picking up 50 seats in the house; that would be a fucking disaster.

4. If the dems did lose 50 house and 7 senate (I think it will be less) that is
a better showing than the dems made in 1994.

12. Heaven help us...
... if "not quite as bad as 1994" becomes our "good news".

But yeah... that would be pretty good news.

14. How many Dem losses will there be from the 49 districts McCain carried in 2009.
The Most Important Number in Politics Today 49
That's the number of House Democrats who sit in districts carried by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) in the 2008 election.

Those 49 members -- almost all of which are members of the conservative Blue Dog Coalition -- are at the center of the fight over health care reform in the final week before Congress breaks for August. (The full list is after the jump; a big thank you to Swing State Project for compiling the information.)

5. Hmmm, it is going to be interesting tonight. It all depends with the House
on how heavier turnout effected those close toss up races. I think Reid will win too.

19. Except that he's more likely depressing republican turn out
Works both ways, and he's a Fox talking head. How many of his fans are going to decide not to bother to vote after their guy says their candidate is losing?

13. I'm glad, but can we get rid of him as Majority Leader please?
I know....it sounds ungrateful tonight, but I'd like some more aggressive leadership who is willing to put a better public face to our values.
