ABC drops Breitbart from election night coverage!
And this, my friends, is our FIRST victory of the night!!!

The following letter was sent from ABC and received by Mr. Breitbart:

Dear Mr. Breitbart,

We have spent the past several days trying to make clear to you your limited role as a participant in our digital town hall to be streamed on ABCNews.com and Facebook. The post on your blog last Friday created a widespread impression that you would be analyzing the election on ABC News. We made it as clear as possible as quickly as possible that you had been invited along with numerous others to participate in our digital town hall. Instead of clarifying your role, you posted a blog on Sunday evening in which you continued to claim a bigger role in our coverage. As we are still unable to agree on your role, we feel it best for you not to participate.

1. Great! Sad that it was about PR and not journalistic integrity, but still a start. nt

and called for cutting off federal funding for ABC?

7. Well, we all could see how this would turn out for ABC. If only
they had figured it out for themselves.

14. I'm a little slow on the uptake here but it finally dawned on me
what Briebart's game is..........he is vying to be the next Glenn Beck and he is using all these stunts to get face and name recognition. Faux should be picking him up soon

17. I don't know how it makes either of them
look good, amplifying this story anymore. More like he should drop it and hope it disappears down the memory hole.

18. They love being "wronged" too much
They're the ultimate victims - hell it's what most of them are campaigning on.

19. Its a good point, but
what if he wasn't wronged? I mean it doesn't even make any sense. No answer required, I am just sayin'.

20. Well, yeah, it doesn't make sense
They don't have to actually be wronged. They could just be fired for shrieking the N-word eleven times on national radio, y'know? No matter, poor little repubs are always the victims.

24. ah, you presume that the American people actually remember
what he said or did......they've long forgotten about it already and now he can claim the 'facts' anyway he wants and the public (read 28%) will believe his account of it all and how he really was wronged.

As long as ignorance is so highly prized in this country these kinds of clowns will continue with this kind of stuff. Anyone with enough gray matter to see it for what it is will be called out as a persecutor of real patriotic Americans.

23. there is no such thing as 'bad publicity'.
sarah palin never looks good in any of her antics and yet.............

as long as he can keep his name in the news he becomes 'known quantity'.....much like joe the plumber (and I know...I know) but he just wasn't savy enough to fully cash in on it. This POS IS savy (read devious) enough to cash it in.
