Susan Collins...advocates against DADT!

I don't like her, but she came through. She's defending for the repeal of DADT! Okay so she's advocating for also Repubs to add amendments. Oy. She supports the bill, but also wants her people to talk.

I take this back..Update: She will vote for the bill but she needs her peeps to debate. She's a confusing speaker. For fucks sake!!

not before the results of the study are in (i.e. February or March) that Snowe uses. Trying to have it both ways - keep the Dems and moderate Rethugs (if there still are any) off her back while kicking the can down the road.
