This Saturday, September 25th, we're teaming up with the California Democratic Party to go door to door in Oakland to connect with our neighbors and get them to commit to vote in November. Engaging new voters and empowering volunteers played a major role in our victory in 2008. Now, we want to do the same in 2010.
And we'll also be joined by a special guest: former Virginia Governor Tim Kaine, the chairman of the national Democratic Party.
