People try to give logical reasons why the mosque near the WTC should be a non issue:

There are other mosques in the area.
There is a prayer room at the Pentagon
And the clear intent of the Constitution.

It a complete waste of time using this logic on those arguing from the Right. Because they see it as Muslims thumbing there noses at us, basically a big FUCK YOU! They think that because that is who they are and if given the chance that is what they would do.

Confederate Flag - A big Fuck You to the liberal northern aggressors.

Kicking around anyone who doesn't look like them - A big Fuck You to the XXX liberals.

They are motivated by hate not logic.
