Just what kind of PROFESSIONAL is Gibbs ?
He is cashing checks for dishing out the back stabbing. BTW, Kucinich endorsed Obama in Iowa and was key to his victory in a tight contest there.

Professional _______________ ?

7. He certainly isn't framing a "positve message" or doing his job.
Last I heart, alienating voters wasn't in his job description. Nor was handing the Press reasons to attack. His job is the reverse.

28. Is professional outrage more important than results? My mother
taught me a long time ago that sticks and stones could break my bones but words could never hurt me. I have lived my life with that motto in mind and it comes in real handy. Just saying. I'm not interested in the words that any politician utters. That would be a fool's errand. I look at what they do. Not what they say.

18. Should he listen to Grayson on net neutrality as well?
Rep. Alan Grayson shocked his passionate followers in the progressive online community this week when he aligned himself with the telecom industry and pressured the Federal Communications Commission not to write regulations protecting the principle of net neutrality.

Conservative bloggers immediately embraced Grayson, with Andrew Breitbart's Big Government mockingly offering him a "very warm welcome to the party," while reminding readers that he "is about as rabid a Leftist partisan as there is in Congress." Both Big Government and RedState.com gleefully noted that Grayson employs Matt Stoller, a former prominent blogger and leading net neutrality advocate.

(It just occurred to me ... if Robert Gibbs "aligned himself with the telecom industry and pressured the Federal Communications Commission not to write regulations protecting the principle of net neutrality" can you imagine all the outrage there would be on DU? But when it's Alan Grayson, who I like by the way, not a peep. Hmmmm, seems there's a lot of selective outrage on DU. Isn't that special?)

30. Well, somebody has to steer the Titanic into the iceberg.
If Gibbs wants to sabotage Obama's support - he should be fired... unless Obama approves of what he's saying. Then, Obama should be fired.

35. If "the left" is dissatisfied with Obama's actions (or lack there of)...
then Obama should address that dissatisfaction, not send his flunkies out to tell us to STFU. I could live with being dissatisfied, I won't stand being insulted. If Obama wants to throw the left under the bus (the left that helped get him elected), then he can go to hell.

... and consider Gibbs and Emanuel's repeated insults and threats as applying to all progressives and others who are dissatisfied with Obama so far.

33. He's part of the professional left.
Which is ironic. But ya know...people who work in the field sometimes have insights into how the world of professional punditry and political organizing work. Sometimes the professionals aren't motivated by the best of intentions.

38. He's not a professional anything.
He's just about the epitome of unprofessional.

He's an unprofessional moron who just cost his party between 2% and 5% in every close race in the country. If we lose control of one or both houses of Congress, the blame rests heavily upon his head among others.
