1. Relax. It's just Tweety having one of his spells.
99% of the people in this country pay no attention to him.

12. He said Obama looks "tired" and as a reference, cited John Boehner's ad attacking Obama...
you know-when they use the worst pics/vids they can find. He then showed side by side pics, one of Obama looking strong and kind of happy and another of him with a serious look. It was right out of the RW playbook. He had on Jonathan Alter who "assured" Ed that he IS running, if for no other reason that he doesn't want to let Romney (or someone else) get the credit for all Obama accomplishes.

3. By just listening for 5 minutes one could easily determine that what he's asking is.
If Obama is more interested in actually governing and let the chips fall where they may than playing politics. I couldn't care less about the Tweetmeister but this constant OMG! OMFG! WTF! WTFF! FSCADPG! is just silly as hell.

5. "If Obama is more interested in actually governing and let the chips fall where they may"
He's introducing another BS talking point.

The President just reached 18 months in office, and there is still a lot of shit to deal with. What the hell is the purpose of wondering if the President is going to run again?

7. Oh for fuck's sake. He actually called it noble. Putting the interests of the country above things

which might seem unpopular in the short term. In other words not a typical politician, not afraid to take risks, etc etc. If those are right wing talking points. I sure hope the RNC comes out with more of those.

"What the hell is the purpose of wondering if the President is going to run again?" Because it's a stupid cable show. It's what they do. On the level of shit that they normally dish out this is actually mild.

8. He called it noble?
He called a question about whether he's interested in "actually governing" noble?

This has nothing to do with Obama's statement.

9. He called the act of taking political risks for the greater good noble. Yes he did. Do you

have reading or hearing comprehension problems? Or are you just trying to start an internet argument over what appears to be a compliment from some cable news guy?

Again, given the constant stream of diarrhea that comes out of these shows. This was actually quite benign.

14. What does that have to do with questioning if he's actually interested in governing?
And what about the President's statement would give anyone the impression he isn't interested in running?

15. Because that's not what was said. Once his guests came in he asked them if Obama is more interested
Edited on Wed Jul-07-10 07:29 PM by Guy Whitey Corngood
in governing than getting reelected. He never said he wasn't running. He said he's risking reelection by being bold rather than a calculating politician. You know what? Go watch it if you're so interested and interpret it any way you want. There's a reason why I don't have cable.
