2. But he is a citizen
Meaning he is not an alien.

Nevertheless, OP is silly.

5. There are a few reasons. One is committing treason, like defecting to

North Korea or something like that. Another is being a high crimes felon like RICO type felonies. He could possibly qualify for either if some prosecutor somewhere has the cojones to slap a warrant on him for those violations, arrest him and put him on trial. I understand he maintains a residence in Beijing. If he is canoodling with the communist government there against American interests that could rise to the level of treason and you would have one. Another is pinning a racketeering or international dope dealing rap on him, if he is indeed guilty of those things and you have another reason. However, someone has to be willing to investigate his dealings first to find evidence that he is guilty of those things.

In other words it has to be something really outstandingly treasonous or criminal. Ordinary crimes wouldn't qualify.

12. He is doing his best already as a US citizen
to undermine the current Australian Labor Party government thru his media outlets over here. You will just have to keep him over there.

Peace

9. He is old and will die soon.
The problem is his media empire -- THAT is what needs to be terminated, not his life.

13. Six squabbling kids, two who have no interest in the family trust. It
may not be terminated, but there will be changes.

10. Are we sure he's even legally a citizen?
Yeah, I know he supposedly filled out the paperwork, but didn't Newt Gingrich and a few other right wing swine help him get around the rules or something like that?
