3. I've read that her status is bit dodgy
I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't actually a citizen.

6. I want to see Orly's birth certificate.
NOT because I think she's not a citizen...because I think she's a space alien.

9. Oh-ok. Then she's not a "natural born" citizen which is why she can't run for President.

15. Facts are irrelevant!
The whole point is to Orly Taitz Orly Taitz! Make her prove she's a citizen, then doggedly insist every proof is fake, in the face of any and all evidence to the contrary!

20. I still don't know who this Orly Taitz person is
I have refrained from Googling Taitz, and, despite seeing this name a lot on DU, and even clicking on a thread or two on this subject (even though I didn't read much), I still don't know who this person is. I think I am better off. HA! :)

22. She's a dentist/lawyer hero to the "birthers"
She's been behind frivolous court actions challenging Obama's eligibility to be present on the basis that they believe he was really born in Kenya and don't accept the validity of his birth certificate.

21. I'm pretty sure that rule only applies to running for US president
Regardless, Taitz is losing her bid for CA SOS:

23. I correct myself
I replied without fully reading the OP question. In order to run for president, one must be born in the US. As far as public office is concerned, I'm pretty sure most of the positions require that the candidate be a citizen of this country. As I recall, Ms. Taitz applied for citizenship after she married an American.

Oh, and she totally lost her race in the GOP SOS primary. Lost, lost, lost, big, big, big.

25. You don't need to be born in the US to be eligible for
the presidency. See, John McCain.

You need to be a non-naturalized citizen.
